On 1 June, 2014, we are putting on an intensive, one-day event aimed and students and members of the public interested in learning how to break into the field of travel writing. This will bring together leading authors, editors, publishers and photographers to discuss what being a travel writer today is all about, with seminars on how to start writing and get published, how to pitch editors and publications, and how to navigate the changing media landscape of journalism and publishing today.
